Privacy policy

This policy explains what information FintechNG collects when you use fintechng.com and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are used for security and kept for a limited time.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to fix the issue you reported.

What we do not collect

You do not need an account to use FintechNG. Searches and calculator inputs run in your browser and are not stored. We never ask for your bank account number, PIN, BVN, card details or passwords.

Copying and dialling codes

When you tap Copy or Dial, the action happens on your device. We do not see what you dial or the response from your bank.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@fintechng.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We will update this page if our practices change and note the date of the change here.
